Our New Patient – Self Pay is the first step to starting your weight loss journey with us and includes the following in our all-inclusive 12 week package:

• Initial new patient visit
• Personalized goal setting
• Education and coaching
• Monthly visits with Health Coach/Nutritionist
• Includes first 12 weeks of injectable medication & supplies
• Direct access to your provider for any questions/concerns

If injectables aren’t for you, or if you have commercial insurance coverage for obesity medication (Wegovy, Zepbound) we can help!

• Initial new patient visit
• Personalized goal setting
• Education and coaching
• Monthly visits with Health Coach/Nutritionist
• Prior Authorization and Form Completion
• Direct access to your provider for any questions/concerns

Lab work is required to start any weight management program and throughout your journey to monitor your progress. A discounted lab panel is available for those without recent lab work from their primary care provider.

• Complete Blood Count
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
• Fasting Lipid Panel
• Thyroid Panel
• Hemoglobin A1c
• Fasting Insulin
• Other labs as indicated

*Bill your insurance plan, $15 phlebotomy fee applies

Continue our program and renew your package with our preferred refill pricing which includes access to the following:

• Continued monthly visits with Health Coach/Nutritionist
• Lab work every 6 months
• Continued accountability
• Progress Assessment
• Refill on medication & supplies
• Direct access to your provider for any questions/concerns
